Transhumanism in the era of ameliorative medicine

The symposium “Transhumanism in the era of ameliorative medicine”, organized under the scientific responsibility of A. CAYOL, Wang WEI and Bénédicte BÉVIÈRE-BOYER, in a webinar on May 10 and 11, 2021, aims at engaging multidisciplinary and international reflections on biological and techno-scientific evolutions likely to disrupt the human condition.

The challenge of this meeting, integrating both researchers and practitioners, is to lead discussions associating law, medicine, ethics, philosophy, sociology, anthropology and computer science in order to better understand the impact of ameliorative medicine on the human being.

The participation of European and Chinese contributors will allow, by taking into account the diversity of cultures, a sharing on the future of the human being in a global dimension.
