Video explaining the necessity and the methodological richness of using legal indicators to ensure the effectiveness of international environmental law and the right of future generations.
Legal indicators for the right of future generations
The definition of indicators for the rights of future generations serves two purposes:
1 – Study the legalization of the right of future generations, its theoretical and practical consequences on environmental law, human rights and society.
2 – Develop a scientific measurement of the implementation of the right of future generations using legal indicators of effectiveness. Thanks to legal indicators, we can give public authorities and citizens a readable tool for the scientific evaluation of a public policy that will allow them to avoid making reforms “blindly”.
