This conference will bring together international legal scholars and practitioners to discuss the role of international courts and tribunals in addressing climate change. It specifically focuses on Vanuatu’s campaign for an ICJ advisory opinion on climate change, providing a forum for discussion around the purpose and prospects of the initiative, as well as its procedural and legal aspects.
For those unable to attend in person, the forum will be livestreamed via Zoom, and events will be recorded and accessible to registered participants. Please register by sending an email to autumn@blueoceanlaw.com by 16 June 2022, indicating if you will attend in-person or virtually.
