Mireille Delmas-Marty

Professor emeritus at the Collège de France (Chair of “Comparative Legal Studies and Internationalization of Law”), member of the Académie des sciences morales et politiques since 2007 and doctor HC of numerous universities in France, America and China. Her work, at the crossroads of international and national law, focuses on the tensions between economic and financial globalization, the universalism of human rights and the emergence of a law of the ecosystem. 2004-2011), Resist, Empower, Anticipate or How to Humanize Globalization (2013), Liberty and Security in a Dangerous World (2010), and To the Four Winds of the World, A Short Guide to Navigating the Ocean of Globalization (2016). She has also directed numerous collective works.
