Marie-Cécile de Bellis

Marie-Cécile de Bellis is an environmental lawyer at DS Avocats (Paris Bar). She has a degree in environmental law and another in life sciences and is a member of the working group on the Global Pact for the Environment since 2017. She teaches « Global Environmental Governance » at Sciences Po Paris and has collaborated in the writing of several papers, among which « A Martian at the United Nations or Naive Thoughts on Global Environmental Governance ».
