Erin Daly
Professor of Law at Widener University Delaware Law School and Executive Director of Dignity Rights International. She also serves as Director of the Global Network for Human Rights and Environmental Studies (GNHRE) (gnhre.org) and the U.S. representative for the International Center for Comparative Environmental Law. She is the author of Dignity Rights: Courts, Constitutions, and the Worth of the Human Person, the first book to examine how courts around the world have recognized human dignity and the rights associated with respect for dignity. She has written extensively on dignity law and environmental constitutionalism with her colleague Professor James May.
